Chicken Leg Quarters and More

 Cheapest meat at my local store today: Gold Leaf Chicken Quarters, 10 lb. bag, 87 cents per lb.  We're gonna get more than one meal out of this.  No long story, let's get to it.  You're gonna defrost that just enough to be able to get those chicken pieces to separate if you're cooking this on the stove. If you're using your crockpot, you can throw them in stuck together. It doesn't care. I don't use those fancy insta pot things, but if you've got one, that's probably helpful. If you decide to bake the chicken, it will need thawed out pretty well.  If I cook on the stove, I just throw it in big pans with water or chicken broth and boil until it's falling off the bone. Same thing in the crockpot. Bake? I don't prefer it that way, so just Google your favorite way on that. Once alllll that chicken is cooked, cook it off.
